How to Measure Correctly

Measuring the insert dimension (Steckmaß): Measure the distance from the inner side of the groove to the outer side of the opposite groove.

Tip: Measure at several points – on older refrigerators the groove may be slightly deformed.

Which profile fits my refrigerator?

This depends on the manufacturer and model. The easiest way: measure your old profile (width and height of the cross-section in mm) and choose the matching profile from the product list. If you're unsure, we're happy to help via WhatsApp or Telegram.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed on business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after the order is received.

What happens if the seal doesn't fit?

Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Telegram with a photo of the seal. We'll find a solution together – either with fitting tips or a replacement order.

Can I also order by the metre?

Yes! In the Bulk Material section, you can order seal profiles by the running metre – ideal if you need to equip several units.
