Processing time

• All orders are forwarded to our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt
• Processing takes place on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed after 9:00 am are processed the following business day

Germany

• Delivery time: 2-5 business days
• Shipping costs: €9.80

EU countries

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days
• Shipping costs: from €19.90

Tracking

• Your shipment can be tracked via our website or directly with the shipping carrier

Damaged shipments

• Please check the goods for completeness and damage upon receipt
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
• Please document any damage with photos if possible

Returns and refunds

• 14-day right of return for unused goods
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• No refunds on custom-made goods
• Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the return
